Senior Technical Product Manager, Fleet Ops (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather customer and operator feedback and translate it into prioritized product milestones.
• Drive technical execution for real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems by defining requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in system design discussions with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
• Prioritize the backlog across new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Lead communication and alignment across engineering, operations, UX, program management, senior leadership, and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end to end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are essential.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret system design documents and reason about real-time system constraints.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, safety-critical systems, airport or airline operations, or large-scale fleet operations.
• Understanding of dispatch, routing, and resource allocation systems.
