Senior C/C++ Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain and extend a C routing and session-detection engine with SIP and RTP/RTCP protocol decoders.
• Develop and support the C++/CORBA management plane and distributed middleware components.
• Diagnose networking and memory-safety issues using libpcap, Wireshark, AddressSanitizer, Valgrind, and fuzzing.
• Support integrations with SBC vendors including Oracle/Acme, Sonus/Ribbon, AudioCodes, Avaya, and Polycom.
• Modernize legacy C/C++ builds, develop CMake-based or equivalent configurations, and build CI pipelines.
• Support the PostgreSQL datastore and maintain stability across C, C++, Java, and FreeBSD subsystems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a C/C++ Engineer.
• Proven experience with SIP and RTP/RTCP at the wire level, plus strong libpcap and Wireshark skills.
• Strong C++ proficiency, including pre-C++11 codebases, and knowledge of distributed objects or middleware.
• Experience with networking or telecom, FreeBSD userland, PostgreSQL, and legacy build modernization.
• Experience with CMake or an equivalent build system and CI pipeline construction.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Strong CORBA experience with omniORB, TAO, or ACE.
• Familiarity with routing protocol internals.
