Full Stack Developer (Java/React)

Location: Plano, Texas; 5 days onsite

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design microservices and secure RESTful APIs for the Card Benefits team, supporting credit card benefits and customer enrollment processes.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Implement automated testing, application monitoring, logging, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to AI/LLM integrations and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and AWS.
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs with secure API practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated testing, monitoring, logging, containerization, and orchestration.
• Strong Agile, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, Texas five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Experience with LLM and AI integrations or orchestration.
