Team Leader I (72.5kV)

Location: On-site manufacturing facility with continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting, bending, and use of hand and power tools. The role follows a 5:00am–1:30pm shift.

Salary: $26.25–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Assist production leads, supervisors, and managers with daily operations and employee coordination.
• Train and support production team members across manufacturing processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges with operations and cross-functional teams.
• Manage MRO inventories, shop supplies, tools, parts demand, and material delivery.
• Investigate inventory and work-order discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process improvements, NCR closure, material handling, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of ERP or MRP business systems; experience with JD Edwards is beneficial.
• Analytical, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using small hand and power tools and basic to intermediate computer skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of work experience and skill development.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Nice to have

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Experience with the JD Edwards business system.
