FY27 Federal Tax Associate (Financial Services)

Location: New York; travel to assigned client locations is required

What you will do

• Work on tax engagements covering financial services and other specialty tax areas.
• Complete tax planning and research.
• Prepare federal and state and local tax returns.
• Apply tax regulations and accounting pronouncements to client assignments.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and build working relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Ability to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Progress toward completing the CPA exam.
