Project Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional project teams of 25+ members.
• Define project scope, gather and validate requirements, and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
• Build project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and monitor delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve issues affecting timelines, quality, and project outcomes.
• Establish project management processes, lead retrospectives, and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or delivery flow oversight.
• Experience leading large teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Expertise with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required, including executive presentations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, fintech, or software development.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and project management tools.
