Greater China Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis): Leading end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting for the Greater China finance organization with an accent on decision support, capacity planning, and cost efficiency. Focus on building FP&A frameworks, analyzing billability and variance drivers, improving planning processes and tools, and developing the FP&A team.
Location: Shanghai, China; onsite within the Finance team

What you will do
- Lead the development of financial plans aligned with company strategy, Greater China priorities, and regional and global guidelines.
- Conduct variance, profitability, scenario, billability, and business performance analyses to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial Finance, People, HR, Functional Heads, and local partners on capacity planning, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy while ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team and support local, regional, and global finance transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including actionable business insights.
- 5+ years of people management experience and a record of leading teams and process improvements.
- Professional services experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Business Objects, Oracle or SAP, and Hyperion; familiarity with Python and OpenAI tools is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, FP&A methodologies, analytical storytelling, communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration.
