What you will do
- Process accurate monthly end-to-end Australian payroll using ADP.
- Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, and salary revisions.
- Complete payroll-related bank reconciliations and calculate superannuation, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Manage workers compensation renewals and annual WGEA reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting, including payment summaries and EOFY reconciliation.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees and management.
Requirements
- Five years of experience processing Australian payroll in a relevant Payroll Officer role.
- Experience with ADP and outsourced payroll services, including ADP Managed Services and Payforce.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Knowledge of Australian tax regulations, awards, and Fair Work requirements.
