Senior Payroll Consultant - 12 months fixed term contract

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll processhirify.global for more than 2,200 employees.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll legislation, awards, taxation, superannuation, and employee benefits.
• Work with Human Resources, Finance, ADP, Workday, and external vendors to resolve payroll matters.
• Drive process improvements, streamline operations, and strengthen payroll controls.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and insights for business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in a medium-to-large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and high-quality delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
