Staff Solution Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

Salary: $97,261–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop business cases, translate business requirements into projects, and connect business needs with practical solutions.
• Design modular solutions, detailed functional logic, mock-ups, and prototypes across multiple product components.
• Coordinate application integration with target environments, investigate failures, and improve integration success.
• Lead requirements analysis, business and user acceptance testing, test execution, defect analysis, and regression testing.
• Analyze application logs, maintenance data, and performance data while evaluating feasible change requests.
• Drive business plans and projects by coordinating stakeholders, removing delivery obstacles, and tracking progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of software engineering or related experience; or a master’s degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
• Experience coordinating SAP SuccessFactors projects and maintaining relationships with cross-functional and business teams.
• Experience designing end-to-end data mappings between SAP SuccessFactors and upstream or downstream systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, traceability matrices, risk and cost analysis, business goals, requirement categorization, and user story frameworks.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central and Cloud Integrations, Job Profile Builder, business and eligibility rules, reporting, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party systems, enabling new functionality, conducting impact analysis, and managing security settings.
