What you will do
- Oversee internal information-system projects from initiation through delivery.
- Manage and prioritize the project portfolio while defining business requirements with internal customers.
- Analyze budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate activities across functional areas.
- Assign and monitor technical personnel, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project reliability and resolve internal issues resulting from project delivery.
- Establish strategic plans and objectives and lead the function through managers and professional-track employees.
Requirements
- Experience leading internal information-system or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with project definition, business requirements, budget analysis, and resource allocation.
- Ability to coordinate technical personnel and cross-functional project activities.
- Experience with direct people management and evaluation of personnel.
- Ability to develop strategic plans, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
