New Verticals Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Toronto; on-site, with 4–5 days per week in the office

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through feasibility analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Develop and own go-to-market strategies covering segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success through product launches and market expansions.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to optimize product strategies and offerings.
• Build project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics, and ensure strategic objectives are achieved.
• Provide market-based recommendations to senior leadership and help attract high-performing talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles in technology companies.
• Proven success leading new product launches or entering new markets.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-driven, autonomous, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Strong focus on execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Willingness to work in person at the Toronto office 4–5 days per week.
