Laboratory Project Services Coordinator (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Support study initiation activities, including documentation, coordination, and readiness tracking.
• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory activities against project timelines, milestones, and client expectations.
• Act as a key client contact throughout the study lifecycle and communicate progress clearly.
• Monitor project status, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues with mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep deliverables moving.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and study requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects, including study startup and ongoing coordination.
• Experience with project tracking and documentation tools, including MS Office and Excel.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
