Project Management Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Coordinate low-complexity IT projects from initiation through completion under direct supervision.
• Schedule project and team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Coordinate deployment schedules, training activities, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and maintain project plans, budget trackers, task tickets, documentation systems, and Confluence pages.
• Prepare financial forecasts, update resource models, and generate monthly project metrics and reports.
• Monitor scope, costs, risks, status, and deliverables while maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Five years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related domain.
• Experience with project plans, budget trackers, forecasts, task tickets, metrics, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Confluence, project management systems, business-wide or client-facing applications, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, risk identification, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, PMO stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with laboratory work or clinical trials.
