Senior Java Developer (Banking)

What you will do

• Develop scalable, resilient, and real-time banking backend solutions and Java APIs.
• Build and maintain services using Java, Spring, Maven, Azure, Prisma, and Kafka.
• Drive test automation, continuous delivery, and deployment with Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Fortify, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Refine, code, test, and deploy solutions in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Solve technical and functional challenges in collaboration with multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Use AI-assisted development workflows and prompt engineering to improve code, tests, documentation, and productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong understanding of test automation, continuous delivery, deployment tools, and pipelines.
• DevOps mindset with the ability to own the full development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and architectural skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, GitHub Copilot, LLM pair-coding, and prompt engineering.
