Pricing Specialist/ Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Onsite positions in Dalian, Qingdao, Shenzhen, or Tianjin, China

What you will do

• Quote ocean freight rates and local charges for full-container shipments.
• Prepare internal quotations and support the sales team with competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, trailer suppliers, warehouses, Ocean Product teams, CMT, and booking teams.
• Participate in country RFQs, tenders, carrier contracts, spot deals, and local solutions.
• Track market intelligence, quotation win/loss results, vendor performance, volume growth, and gross profit measures.
• Handle special cargo inquiries, including dangerous goods and out-of-gauge cargo.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• More than 1–2 years of experience in the international logistics industry.
• Familiarity with world ports and Shanghai export shipping prices.
• Good English writing and speaking skills required.
• Positive, active, optimistic, responsible, and able to work under pressure as part of a team.
