Cloud DevOps Engineer (IoT)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Develop, document, integrate, and deploy Infrastructure-as-Code across multiple staged cloud runtime environments.
• Provide abstract interfaces for an overarching automation backend.
• Coordinate security measures across the layers of a resource-management product.
• Monitor and maintain code security, code quality, and runtime quality using standard tools and rulesets.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional international team across Germany, Hungary, and Spain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent IT experience.
• At least 3 years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience maintaining and deploying Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Professional experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Terraform and Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Security infrastructure, cloud networking, and agile development knowledge.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD, and cloud monitoring.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Helm.
