Accident and Health Claims Examiner

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and research moderate to complex accident and health claim issues.
• Review policy certificates and provisions and apply them when processing claims.
• Request required documentation, schedule follow-ups, and maintain complete claim records.
• Approve or deny claims according to established guidelines.
• Release accurate benefit payments in line with policy, industry, TPA, and SLA requirements.
• Answer inbound calls in assigned queues and provide overflow support for the customer service team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be located in the USA for the remote role.
