What you will do

• Assess translations between English and German for accuracy, flow, and tone.
• Rate and rank German-language model output.
• Identify incorrect case endings, unnatural compound nouns, and inappropriate formality.
• Rewrite weak output so it reads like natural German rather than a literal translation.
• Provide clear written explanations that serve as training signals.

Requirements

• Native or near-native German fluency.
• Strong understanding of formality, du versus Sie, and regional German usage.
• Clear written English for explaining linguistic judgments.
• No degree required; relevant ability and practical language expertise are valued.

Nice to have

• Experience as a German linguist, bilingual reviewer, or localization specialist.
