Senior Solution Architect - Network

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise network and security solutions aligned with customer objectives, technical requirements, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations, and discovery sessions to define requirements and develop solution architectures.
• Partner with sales teams on opportunities, value propositions, account strategies, and business cases.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to govern solution design and implementation handover.
• Provide technical guidance, enablement, secure networking training materials, and subject-matter expertise across the business.
• Identify new solution opportunities and create tools, templates, and best practices that improve team productivity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network solution architecture, technical design, or pre-sales consulting within telecommunications, managed services, or enterprise ICT.
• Deep expertise in enterprise networking and network security technologies.
• Experience with relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Zscaler, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical workshops, developing solution architectures, and translating complex requirements into commercially viable outcomes.
• Ability to navigate matrix organisations and support complex sales engagements from opportunity through delivery.
