Senior Scientist (Adhesives)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, USA; On-Site

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead adhesive formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
• Develop and optimize formulations for targeted performance requirements.
• Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners and document results through reports, specifications, and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience leading formulation and product-development projects.
• Expertise in designing experiments, analyzing data, and optimizing adhesive formulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and communicate findings through technical documentation and presentations.
• Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, Washington, USA.
