Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, or Novi, Michigan, United States. This role requires 4–5 days per week in the office, regular in-person meetings, and occasional domestic and international travel.
Salary: $160,000–$192,500 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

is developing electric pickup trucks and rugged SUVs that combine an iconic American vehicle legacy with electrification, digital systems, and modern vehicle technology.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end functional architecture, requirements, integration, validation, and release of assigned infotainment and display systems.
- Develop navigation, off-road mapping, routing, energy applications, CarPlay, Android Auto, casting, HMI, media, connectivity, and system-service functions.
- Coordinate hardware, software, electrical engineering, UX, architecture, applications, suppliers, and cross-functional teams through concept, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- Convert product and customer needs into clear, testable software and system requirements with complete stakeholder-to-test traceability.
- Plan and track deliverables against prototype builds, design verification, product validation, and vehicle launch milestones.
- Develop system designs, test methods, DFMEA, design verification and product validation activities using MBSE/MBD and MIL/SIL/HIL methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in requirements engineering and infotainment or automotive digital cockpit software development, plus 10+ years of product or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of IVI domains, embedded and infotainment software development lifecycles, systems engineering, complex systems design, and EE/SW integration.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as Codebeamer, Jama, or Polarion, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Preevision, CAMEO, GitHub, or JFrog.
- Knowledge of ASPICE, especially SWE.1 and SWE.2, automotive technologies, Android Automotive, AUTOSAR, telematics, vehicle electronics, and validation and verification methods.
- Familiarity with A2B, CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, LVDS, CANalyzer, CANoe, wiring, power distribution systems, and regulatory and automotive safety requirements.
