Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York City headquarters, United States

Salary: $180K–$300K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own orchestration and GPU clusters, including scheduling, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Build preprocessing pipelines that convert large-scale gameplay video into training-ready data.
• Optimize disk and network I/O across high-volume data systems.
• Optimize production inference through batching, quantization, KV caching, and serving runtimes.
• Own cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, multi-region deployments, and system reliability.
• Define architecture and carry substantial infrastructure systems through production.

Requirements

• Five or six years of deep infrastructure experience in a large technology company or serious lab, or prior deep infrastructure experience followed by at least one year as a founder, co-founder, or founding engineer.
• Current hands-on coding experience and a desire to continue writing production code.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and multi-region systems across cloud providers.
• Programming experience with Python and Go; Rust and C++ are used where performance requires them.
• Experience with Terraform and ownership of systems from technology selection through production.
• Ability to serve as a technical reference across infrastructure, data pipelines, and inference systems.
