What you will do

• Own data problems end-to-end, from framing business questions with stakeholders to shipping models into production.
• Develop causal inference and predictive models to optimize marketing spend, product personalization, and pricing strategies.
• Model risk exposure, detect financial crime, and improve execution quality for a high-volume trading platform.
• Monitor and maintain live models, ensuring accuracy and performance through retraining and drift detection.
• Communicate complex findings and uncertainty to senior stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong applied experience in turning business questions into causal inference or predictive models.
• Fluency in Python and SQL with experience working independently.
• Proven track record of deploying models into production that drive measurable business impact.
• Sound statistical judgment and the ability to quantify and communicate uncertainty.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate discussions and derive requirements from stakeholders.
• Extraordinary sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience building with agentic tooling such as MCP or agent frameworks.
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n.
