Manager, Paid Acquisition - Search

Location: Hybrid, requiring three days per week at the Walnut Creek, California office

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, Reddit, Yelp, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Monitor CPL, ROAS, and CPA, identify trends, and adjust campaigns in real time.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing Platforms, Marketing, and Marketing Intelligence teams.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Paid Acquisition Specialists.
• Build a culture of experimentation and continuous testing.
• Prepare KPI reporting, recommendations, and insights for executive management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct-to-consumer performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, Reddit, Yelp, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience scaling digital programs and improving campaign performance at enterprise level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of digital marketing experience, including two to three years of leadership or people management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in content quality and analytics reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or membership-based business models.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
