Growth Marketing Associate (AI)

Location: New York, on-site. Candidates must be based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

hirify.global builds data infrastructure for robotics and embodied AI, including data capture, labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows for AI labs and robotics companies.

What you will do

• Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube, managing budgets, targeting, bids, and market-level scaling.
• Produce and test weekly ad creative, including local-language variations and AI-assisted copy and concepts.
• Build and optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and follow-up messages that convert visitors into approved contributors.
• Implement tracking from campaign to activated contributor, optimize acquisition costs, and identify low-quality or fraudulent sign-ups.
• Report on spend, cost, and conversion by channel and market, recommending allocation of the next budget.
• Work with country teams and support referral, community, and partnership growth experiments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Google with real budgets.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including spreadsheet work, acquisition-cost metrics, and conversion-rate analysis.
• Ability to use AI tools for creative production, copywriting, and analysis.
• Experience building or growing a scrappy project such as an online store, app, community, or side project.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a language used in APAC or South American markets, or experience living and working in those regions.
• Experience with app-install campaigns, landing-page builders, or product analytics tools.
• Growth or marketing experience with a two-sided marketplace, gig platform, or community-driven product.
