Junior Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Philippines; hybrid work possibilities, weekend availability, and rotating shifts are required.

What you will do

• Validate personal documents and KYC questionnaires for individual clients.
• Perform ongoing KYC activities for new and existing clients, including customer due diligence reviews.
• Manage KYC-related client inquiries and provide guidance to other departments.
• Support monitoring and implementation of international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Coordinate with partners on country-specific KYC requirements.
• Use AI tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in KYC or AML.
• Hands-on experience with individual-client questionnaires and documentation.
• Experience with end-to-end retail customer due diligence, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Higher education in law, economics, or finance.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
