Staff Product Manager (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead new product discovery from initial ideas through execution in AI security and related areas.
• Partner with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market teams to identify and validate high-potential opportunities.
• Design lean experiments and MVPs to test customer problems and solution approaches.
• Shape the vision and roadmap for owned product capabilities, balancing short-term experiments with long-term strategy.
• Present product strategy and roadmaps to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid technology experience and strong experience in product management.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and create execution frameworks.
• Proven experience taking early-stage products from concept to launch in SaaS or developer tooling.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for influencing teams, leaders, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer security, AI/ML products, or agentic systems.
• Background in software engineering, open source, developer communities, startups, or internal incubators.
• Experience solving complex problems in collaborative teams and challenging established approaches.
