Senior Product Manager, Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Define and evolve platform capabilities for scalable, modular, and AI-powered product experiences.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to simplify customer setup, configuration, and ongoing platform management.
• Collaborate with platform and feature product managers, architects, engineering teams, and data teams on reusable components and integration points.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into product outcomes, abstractions, roadmaps, and measurable impact.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies, prioritization, and sequencing to ensure cohesive and reliable platform evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define scalable solutions, and connect technical trade-offs to business value.
• Experience engaging credibly with enterprise IT teams and influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
• Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, adaptable, and effective in cross-functional global teams.
