Digital Development Co-op Spring 2027 (January - June)

What you will do

• Write, debug, test, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Develop and enhance digital applications and systems with web developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other IT specialists.
• Analyze requirements and contribute code to existing and complex projects.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, system engineers, and business partners to deliver quality enhancements.
• Participate in application testing, code push cycles, and work across development, staging, and production environments.
• Gain practical experience with the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and technology in the financial services industry.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field; MIS concentrations are welcome.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of application code, databases, and data structures, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Skills in one or more of Java, Python, C, C++, or SQL.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is beneficial.
• Understanding of clean, maintainable code, unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, and design patterns.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
