Treasury Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Milwaukee, or Maitland, United States

Salary: $43,800–$74,500 per year

What you will do

• Initiate cross-functional analysis of individual issues to identify underlying trends and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze reconciliation issues, maintain partner standards, and escalate matters when necessary to support compliance.
• Drive internal process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Investment Operations and clients to execute operational strategies.
• Reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts and complete accurate, timely deliverables using Excel and SQL-based tools.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements.
• Ability to perform independent analysis and resolve operational issues accurately.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Boston, Milwaukee, or Maitland.
