Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Guide strategic customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks deployments on Microsoft Azure, from architecture through production.
• Design secure and scalable enterprise environments using Azure networking, identity, and security controls.
• Build custom solutions and demonstrate Databricks differentiation in competitive technical evaluations.
• Coordinate DSAs, SAs, SSAs, and partners to deliver solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Provide structured customer feedback to influence product direction and address competitive gaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role.
• Advanced expertise in Azure security, identity, networking, deployments, platform administration, observability, and cost management.
• Hands-on infrastructure automation experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or comparable IaC tools.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Experience designing distributed data systems, scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Nice to have

• Databricks or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS native services, or Azure Synapse.
• Background in a data and AI company or cloud provider.
