Software Engineer (Investment Growth)

What you will do

• Build high-quality digital client journeys and market-leading investment solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop AWS cloud-native applications using TypeScript, React, Node, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Write secure, tested, performant code and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Provide engineering support for existing applications and document solutions according to team standards.
• Advocate for improvements in quality, security, performance, observability, and CI/CD processes.
• Support the development team through coaching, mentoring, working groups, and communities of practice.

Requirements

• Professional experience with TypeScript, React, Node, and IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Experience developing for cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless platforms.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Trunk Based Development, monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Understanding of microservices, RESTful API development, event-driven architecture, and document, relational, and data platform databases.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, website performance, non-functional requirements, technical documentation, and collaborative code reviews.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, effective collaboration, and a willingness to learn and mentor others.
