TL;DR
Research Operations Analyst (AI/Robotics/Logistics): Running live research delivery, participant recruitment, scheduling, insight reporting, and operational systems for autonomous logistics products with an accent on workflow design, stakeholder coordination, and GDPR-compliant research operations. Focus on supporting field studies in warehouses, building scalable tooling and automation, and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs.
Location: UK with travel; the role includes on-site field studies and full meals on-site in Wallingford.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management.
- Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research, and partnership teams.
- Support on-site field studies with operators and warehouse teams.
- Build and improve intake, briefing, tracking, documentation, incentive, scheduling, and reporting workflows.
- Manage the Notion Hub and Slack channels, and develop scalable tooling and automation.
- Capture and share research insights, track feedback and performance data, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs.
Requirements
- Approximately 4 years of experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery, or research operations.
- Strong organisation skills and confidence managing multiple SLAs and stakeholders.
- Experience with workflow tools and dashboards such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack, and Pendo.
- Curiosity about research and an interest in progressing toward research execution.
- Ability to support on-site field research and travel within the UK.
