Senior Coordinator, International Growth

Location: New York, New York, United States. Onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium location is required; remote and hybrid options are not offered. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 USD annually

hirify.global is a professional sports league developing and managing football-related business, media, events, partnerships, and international market programs.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of strategies that create long-term strategic value for the hirify.global in international markets.
• Research, design, and recommend data-informed concepts and solutions across international business.
• Project-manage initiatives from preliminary business case analysis through execution planning and post-project impact assessment.
• Own financial analysis, KPI development, and data tracking for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate information sharing and collaboration across territory offices, the League office, and hirify.global departments.
• Prepare executive-level documents and presentations and coordinate components of the Global Markets Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of strategy experience, preferably in management consulting or sports and events.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international role at a sports management organization.
• Experience in consulting, sports management, or international business.
