Producer (Contract) (Games)

Location: Remote within the United States. Pay ranges vary by geographic location; the example range provided is for Seattle.

Base pay range example: $70–$106 USD.

What you will do

• Create and advocate for realistic production plans, schedules, budgets, and work systems.
• Maintain accurate backlogs and track planned, unplanned, and emerging work through delivery.
• Coordinate meetings, decisions, action items, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Identify risks and uncertainty, helping creative and technical teams reach consensus.
• Communicate project status and plans clearly while facilitating collaboration across disciplines and teams.
• Improve production practices, support an inclusive team culture, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in internal game production, including producing creative teams.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, interpersonal, and social intelligence skills.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong critical thinking, results orientation, focus, and composure under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
