Banking Field Engineer (Decision Intelligence)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with remote flexibility, co-working spaces, and travel to customer sites as required

What you will do

• Act as a functional expert in hirify.global’s platform and products, applying them to real-world banking challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and partners to define business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design tailored solutions and advise on enterprise deployment options and technical decisions.
• Define the Decision Intelligence strategy and vision for strategic banking customers.
• Drive platform adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Build executive relationships and contribute to the growth of the Banking Field Engineering function.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Value Consulting, or another commercially focused technical role.
• Strong experience with data and technology platforms in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of banking domains such as data management, financial crime, risk management, fraud detection, or customer intelligence.
• Experience setting and delivering long-term visions and roadmaps, implementing platforms, and working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Fluent Swedish and English are required.
