Senior AI Tech Consultant (AI): Shaping AI and digital transformation strategies, operating models, platforms, and implementation plans for global clients with an accent on generative AI, agentic workflows, cloud, data, and responsible AI. Focus on prioritizing scalable AI use cases, assessing technology options, steering interdisciplinary implementation modules, and guiding junior project members.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-based client work and regular office Fridays

What you will do
- Structure and lead substantial project modules within digital and AI transformations.
- Translate business ambitions into technology strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI and GenAI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and support scalable adoption.
- Assess technology capabilities, platforms, architectures, and solution options; develop recommendations and business cases for senior stakeholders.
- Steer implementation modules across business, technology, data, and AI teams, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
- Build client relationships, collaborate with architects and specialists, and guide junior project members.
Requirements
- Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including experience leading project modules.
- Degree in computer science, informatics, technology-focused business, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience structuring complex client problems, developing fact-based recommendations and business cases, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI initiatives, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and responsible AI.
- Understanding of AI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms, with the ability to connect business priorities to technology decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel are required.
