What you will do
- Lead complex digital and AI transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
- Define project approaches, structure workstreams, plan resources, and assure delivery quality and impact.
- Advise senior stakeholders on technology and AI strategies, roadmaps, operating models, investments, and implementation plans.
- Shape AI and GenAI portfolios, including data and technology foundations, platforms, architectures, governance, and responsible AI.
- Steer multidisciplinary teams, manage dependencies and risks, resolve escalations, and drive critical decisions.
- Develop client relationships, win new projects, and contribute to recruiting, coaching, knowledge development, and practice building.
Requirements
- At least six years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation.
- Experience leading complex strategy and implementation projects end to end, including multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
- Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, technology-focused business, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Experience advising senior executives, presenting recommendations, managing risks, and resolving escalations.
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI transformations, including use-case prioritization, agentic AI, responsible AI, and scalable foundations.
- Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel are required.
