Location: Stockholm, Sweden; regular office Fridays and local and international client engagements.

What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs, and other senior executives.
- Shape technology and transformation agendas and advise on strategic, investment, and operating-model decisions.
- Originate, shape, and win consulting opportunities across AI, digital technology, modernization, and enterprise transformation.
- Lead enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, including value prioritization, platforms, architectures, data foundations, governance, and responsible AI.
- Architect and oversee large multidisciplinary transformation programs across strategy, technology, organization, operating models, and implementation.
- Orchestrate BCG Platinion, BCG, BCG X, and specialist capabilities while developing Managers, Consultants, Architects, and technical leaders.
Requirements
- Eight to ten or more years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation.
- Track record of shaping and leading complex strategy and implementation programs and winning substantial consulting engagements.
- Extensive experience advising C-suite executives on technology, AI, investment, and transformation decisions.
- Strong knowledge of modern architectures, cloud, data, software, digital platforms, and technology operating models.
- Practical experience with enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, including agentic AI, governance, responsible AI, and scalable data and platform foundations.
- Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English.
