Population Health Wellbeing Consultant, Employee Benefits

Location: Remote within the United States; travel approximately 25%.

What you will do

• Assess client wellbeing and health needs and build tailored wellness programs.
• Design and integrate wellbeing strategies aligned with client cultures, benefit offerings, health risks, budgets, and capacity for change.
• Analyze population health metrics, chronic health conditions, cost drivers, and clinical data to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and deliver wellness presentations, challenges, cultural assessments, toolkits, newsletters, and flyers.
• Monitor and measure program success, engagement, individual behavior change, and business outcomes.
• Provide wellness thought leadership through education, research, writing, speaking, internal training, and prospective client presentations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a health-related field preferred, with 5–10+ years of related experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of wellbeing solutions from both client/user-experience and technical perspectives.
• Have or obtain Health 2-15 licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Professional wellness certification, such as Wellness Alliance or WellCoaches.
• Exceptional written communication and public speaking skills.
• Working proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
