Assistant Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Onsite in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $31.68–$36.05 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs and help meet lease obligations.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other management reports.
• Manage work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
• Manage service contracts, track bid packages, complete property inspections, and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate; commercial real estate experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Onsite work from the St. Louis Park, Minnesota office is required.
• United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
