Manager - Technical Operations Recruitment (Manufacturing)

Location: New York City office, New York

Salary: US$70,000–US$100,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for Technical Operations recruitment across North America.
• Build market presence across manufacturing operations, plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, and EHS.
• Manage relationships with manufacturing, industrial, consumer goods, chemical, life sciences, and food and beverage clients.
• Expand existing accounts, develop new business, advise on talent markets and compensation, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Maintain a high-performing personal billing desk while contributing to team growth.
• Coach consultants, share market expertise, and collaborate with senior leadership on practice expansion.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a high-performing recruiter in manufacturing, technical operations, engineering, supply chain, industrial, or related markets.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering consistent commercial results.
• Strong business development and account management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or influence peers and junior team members.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach with the ability to work autonomously and take accountability.
• Interest in progressing into leadership or building a high-performing individual contributor career.

Nice to have

• Experience across specialized technical operations markets such as lean manufacturing, maintenance and reliability, quality, or environmental health and safety.
