System Analyst - Backend Domain Teams

Location: Poland; remote work with occasional in-person meetings or workshops, and the first working day at the office. Locations listed: Wroclaw, Warsaw, and Gdansk.

What you will do

• Design backend services and REST APIs.
• Design event-driven communication using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Model processes and solutions with UML and BPMN in Enterprise Architect or another modelling tool.
• Own analytical tasks and proactively propose, develop, and present solutions.
• Analyse requirements and solutions for investment funds and brokerage operations when joining the investment funds team.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience designing APIs and backend services, including REST and event-driven communication.
• Ability to create and work with UML and BPMN models.
• Experience with Enterprise Architect or another modelling tool.
• Technical degree in a STEM field.
• Independence, initiative, and the ability to develop and present solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment funds or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
• Experience using AI tools.
