Senior Product Manager (Cloud Storage)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model

Salary: Starting from 25,025 PLN gross per month, plus eligibility for a bonus

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation storage, including geo-redundancy, S3-compatible storage, independent local restore, local caching, and storage metering.
• Define storage tiers, packaging, pricing, and cost models with Pricing and Finance.
• Own retention, data lifecycle, automatic tiering, and policy management across the data management layer.
• Drive storage security and compliance through immutable copies, encryption, key management, anomaly detection, and aligned controls.
• Lead partner migration from the current storage platform while maintaining its reliability and communicating roadmap options.
• Prioritize the product lifecycle using partner feedback, telemetry, support escalations, cost, reliability, revenue, margin, and retention data.

Requirements

• Experience launching SaaS products using Agile or Scrum at scale with distributed engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of object storage, S3, replication, geo-redundancy, immutability, encryption, retention, cloud, and SaaS delivery.
• Understanding of storage unit economics, metering, cost of goods sold, packaging, and tier pricing.
• Ability to master complex technical domains, analyze trade-offs, and execute at strategic and operational levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, sales, finance, marketing, customers, and partners.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
