Group Finance Analyst (SAP BPC)

Location: London – Television Centre, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Produce monthly and quarterly consolidated management reporting for hirify.global Commercial Group.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership, the Executive Committee and Board audiences.
• Review finance team submissions and support reporting controls, governance and data accuracy.
• Act as a key finance contact for SAP BPC and related consolidation and reporting systems.
• Investigate consolidation, data-load and reporting issues while supporting testing, upgrades and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify reporting, develop dashboards and create guidance for finance users.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent relevant finance experience.
• Experience in management reporting, financial consolidation and financial control processes within a corporate finance environment.
• Experience with SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or similar finance consolidation and reporting systems.
• Ability to analyse, reconcile and validate large financial datasets accurately.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and systems issues to non-finance audiences.
• Ability to work at the London – Television Centre location.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting finance systems, resolving user issues, testing and implementing enhancements.
• Experience reporting to Executive Committee or Board audiences.
• Knowledge of reporting automation, dashboard development or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in a complex matrix organisation across Finance and Technology teams.
• Knowledge of audit and control frameworks such as ICFR or EMC.
