What you will do

• Test and troubleshoot microprocessor-based products to the component level with minimal guidance.
• Provide technical support to engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Train junior department personnel in troubleshooting methods.
• Maintain knowledge of products and manufacturing processes to support product quality and integrity.
• Implement department objectives and apply World Class Manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Industrial Electronic Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing, or testing.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Proficient technical writing, documentation, presentation, and computer application skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong analytical, judgment, organizational, teamwork, and learning skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of structured programming.
• Advanced skills with Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
