Line Product Engineering Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Senatobia, Mississippi, United States; onsite. The role requires working 90% of the time on the production floor. Available shifts include 2nd shift, weekend nights, and compressed weekend days.

What you will do

• Define production sequences, calculate cycle times, and analyze working phases for new production processes and products.
• Prepare technical documentation covering process phases, methods, and cycle times.
• Provide hands-on production-floor troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
• Train and coach operators on new processes, standard work instructions, and best practices.
• Monitor line balance, quality, productivity, and process-adherence KPIs.
• Support action plans, team training, and internal or external process and equipment start-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, or an associate's degree and 4+ years of experience, or a high school diploma and 6+ years of experience. Relevant internships, co-ops, and apprenticeships may count.
• Experience as a manufacturing operator, product trainer, technician, line coordinator, quality technician, or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing troubleshooting skills.
• Experience training and mentoring others, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Background in maintenance, pre-engineering, electrical technology, or a related manufacturing discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering product training or mentoring manufacturing personnel.
• Experience as an automation technician or in hands-on manufacturing, production, maintenance, or technical operations.
