Manager - Integration & Separation

Location: Atlanta Metro Area, United States. Moderate travel is required depending on engagement needs, with flexibility to meet client timelines.

Salary: $119,100–$239,300 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead integration and separation engagements from pre-close planning through post-close execution.
• Develop engagement workplans, timelines, staffing models, readiness assessments, and execution plans.
• Manage client workstreams and serve as a primary point of contact for issue resolution.
• Evaluate transitional service agreements, synergies, and operational planning requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions.
• Coach and develop supervisors and senior associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated project and team management experience.
• Ability to work in the Atlanta Metro Area and travel moderately based on engagement needs.
• Flexibility to support client timelines and increased workloads during execution phases.
