Community Associate

Location: 901 Woodland St, Nashville, TN, United States; onsite role with daily reporting to the building.

Base pay: $20.50–$22.50 per hour, plus role-specific incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage the front desk, welcome members and guests, and support guest registration and building wayfinding.
• Build relationships between members and create a welcoming, collaborative community environment.
• Support events and membership engagement by promoting programs, gathering feedback, and coordinating building requirements.
• Communicate building updates, policies, procedures, and operational information to members.
• Process mail and packages, investigate delivery issues, and maintain an organized mailroom.
• Manage keys and keycards, support emergency equipment awareness, and assist with daily building operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Integrity, dependability, accountability, responsibility, compassion, and a strong work ethic.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and alignment with hirify.global’s mission and values.
• A four-year college degree is preferred but not required; customer service or sales experience is a plus.
